I think we have put up with his chaos for so long that it's now seen as normal. I think that's why it's important that we have reminders, like this post, of just how screwed up this man is and the damage he has done to our country.
I can't imagine any other time in our nation's history that this type of behavior would not only be seen as acceptable, but have millions of people support it. In many cases, people double down and make justifications for him. It's really mind blowing to me that this is our reality.
The fact that I keep coming back to is that we didn't have to go through any of this madness. The Republican party has subjected the entire country to this dumpster fire that they could have put out months ago. They are complicit in every horrible thing Trump does. Some of them are trying to distance themselves from it, but the stain will never go away.
You sure are right about the Republicans, Sarah. What is happening in this country is on them. They will forever after have that stink on them. We have to do what we can to hold all of them accountable.

As for the weather, the meltdown began on Monday. We were finally able to safely walk on the sidewalk by Wednesday. So happy to be unstuck in the house.
